My go-to place for lunch or dinner at the mall! There's quite a lot of seating inside, so I've never had to wait for a seat. The restaurant is located close to one of the mall entrances. Since it's inside the mall, there's always a lot of parking. We usually get the beef pho and it comes with the usual fixings of bean sprouts, lemon, basil and jalapeños. On occasion, we've gotten the turmeric fish, which comes with lettuce, noodles, rice crackers, some sauces and herbs which you can assemble into a lettuce wrap or as you see fit. The fish is nicely cooked, not too tough and very flavorful. They have other soup and rice dishes, but I have not tried those. There's a wall with multiple TVs where they play random food or travel videos. They also have what appears to be a Parisian mural(?) on the wall. They also play a variety of V-pop in the background. I just appreciate that there's an option for good noodle soup in the mall. Would recommend.

I have passed by this restaurant dozens of times without realizing it's actually a pho restaurant? So I dropped by today and got the spring rolls and #11 bowl. It's great, the bowl size is bigger than usual for a regular size. Portions are pretty generous and I have no issues with the price either. This food joint is better than a typical mall quick bite outlet. You can get quality food here.

I stumbled upon this place while walking around the mall picking up a few items and was pleasantly surprised. You usually don't think of "mall food" to be that good but since this is an actual sit down restaurant it was even better. We ordered the spring rolls and fried egg roll. Both were delicious and made fresh. I ordered the #15 with the wok fried beef. The meat was so tender and tasty. I really liked the noodle soup even better that the meat was on the side. You can really taste the authenticity of the broth. It was light and fresh. My boyfriend ordered the vermicelli bowl and that was just as good. This restaurant has become our new favorite pho place.

I was in the area doing some shopping. This restaurant is prettty big. We were helped immediately and seated. I ordered the avacado and papaya smoothie probably one of the best smoothies ive had. It wasnt too sweet and it was very creamy. To eat I asked for shrimp soup and the waitress said its not on the menu but I know exactly what you want and I was not disappointed. It showed up as Pho Tom it was so good and the shrimp was great. The only thing is my utensil was dirty so I had to wait a while for a new one but other than that this place was really good. I would come back.

It is located near Great Mall in Milpitas and has plenty of parking. There are a lot of seatings options inside too. Service was fast with the food. It didn't seem too busy inside on a weekday night and had no problems being seated. It was not too loud too. I ordered beef pho which came out in a big bowl for the price. The broth was good, though, there could be better ratios of meat to noodles. I would come again.

I haven't been back to this restaurant for a long while. I remember this was the first place that got me addicted to bun rieu. Disclaimer: I don't know if it is the most legit bun rieu. But as a newbie of Vietnamese cuisine, I can tell you that I thought it is awesome. The quantity is good. Well considering what I did, some might argue that too much is bad since I overstuffed myself with the XL bowl (I got sucked into this because it was only $1 more than the regular bowl). I could barely walk around for the next few hours. The note to self is that I should just eat half of this and bring the rest home. From what I remember, there were some fried tofu in the soup, some slices of tomatoes, crab meatballs, etc. I guess this is all I remember. Haha. Well of course there's plenty of vermicelli noodle. My wife got a beef pho. I didn't try it but I though that it was nice that they give the raw beef on the side. This way you can cook it fresh so that it's not overcooked. :) But I'm sure @ other restaurants you can ask the staff to provide it in such a manner. We also tried the eggrolls as well and those were pretty good as well. It comes with a lot of veggies so you can wrap it. I was too lazy to do this though but I'm sure people enjoy it. :) With appetizers, the total cost was about $25 a person. I think this isn't too bad considering I could have made this into two meals. I would definitely come back again. Also of course the other bonus is that you can go shopping before and/or after your meal. This is nice if you need to walk off all those extra calories or if you need energy to carry those heavy shopping bags.
